Sales Maven founder Nicole “Nikki” Rausch is an award-winning sales executive and manager. During her almost 20 year sales career, she has gained extensive knowledge about the art of conducting business successfully and developing effective interpersonal communications.

Her company, Sales Maven offers one-to-one mentoring and coaching and customer experience assessments for solopreneurs and small business owners. She provides sales team assessments and training for corporate sales teams – large and small.

Nikki has a track record of closing some of the largest deals in the history of the companies for whom she has worked as well as cultivating profitable customer relationships. Nikki is an accomplished and revered communications coach, mentor and sales trainer whose expertise includes distilling and clearly conveying complex information to broad audiences.

6:50-7:15pm: Roundtable/ discussion of a pre-planned topic
7:15-8:15pm: Guest Speaker

8:15-8:30pm: Announcements/ Wrap-up

Guest Fee

We welcome anyone to visit our meetings. The guest fee is $25 ($26 via credit card) for each meeting you attend as a guest. At the door we accept cash/check. Membership in the National Association of Professional Organizers is required before membership on the chapter level can be processed.

If you want to pay at the door please bring cash or check.
Pre-purchase your guest pass via credit card online for $26.00, up to 5pm day of the meeting.

Conduct/Attire/Punctuality


We pride ourselves on being a cohesive, positive, enthusiastic group and welcome everyone who would like to attend. Brainstorming and idea sharing are encouraged. It is important to represent NAPO and the organizing industry in a professional manner. We ask that you wear business casual attire to the meetings. All meetings will begin on time with the intention of ending on time. Please make every effort to arrive at the meeting on time.
